About me

My approach

I believe the most important part of our work is the relationship we build together. Because every person is unique, I work integratively; I don’t subscribe to a 'one size fits all' approach. Instead, I draw on various therapeutic tools and modalities. Together, we can look at your past, your relationships, and how you feel in the present moment to create a space that works for you, allowing us to focus on what matters most to you. My experience

I am currently in private practice in Old Street. I have worked in the NHS and in the third sector, both one-to-one with clients and in group settings. I have experience supporting clients who are facing a wide range of difficulties and who would like to try to explore these to understand themselves better. I am particularly experienced in working with those struggling with anxiety, low mood, relational issues, self-esteem, questions around gender and sexuality, questions around neurodivergence, terminal illness, trauma, and mental health diagnoses.
