Welcome
I am a qualified and accredited Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, working in person and online in one-to-one therapy with adults (18+) in Old Street, London. I offer a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental space, helping clients to explore their experiences to enable long-lasting change in their lives.

About me
My approach
I believe the most important part of our work is the relationship we build together. Because every person is unique, I work integratively; I don’t subscribe to a 'one size fits all' approach. Instead, I draw on various therapeutic tools and modalities. Together, we can look at your past, your relationships, and how you feel in the present moment to create a space that works for you, allowing us to focus on what matters most to you. I offer both traditional talking therapy and art psychotherapy. To find out more about these approaches please click here.
My experience
I am currently in private practice in Old Street. I have worked in the NHS and in the third sector, both one-to-one with clients and in group settings. I have experience supporting clients who are facing a wide range of difficulties and who would like to try to explore these to understand themselves better. I am particularly experienced in working with those struggling with anxiety, low mood, relational issues, self-esteem, questions around gender and sexuality, questions around neurodivergence, terminal illness, trauma, and mental health diagnoses. Qualifications
I hold an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute of Arts for Therapy and Education and the University of East London. I am an accredited member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), one of the professional bodies that regulates mental health professionals in the UK and the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT). I work in line with the professional and ethical standards set by the HCPC and BAAT.
